They've been at it since 1976, releasing a whole slew of 45's, leading to a German collection of them in 1982. Initially released in a small quantity on the band's own label, "When I Go To The Beach" is their first in two years and it's trademark Slickees garage pop. The flip is the band's darker side (all in good fun, you understand.) - notes from a 1984 Twin/Tone catalog

Released by Twin/Tone Records on September 12, 1983. It sold 2,221 copies and is "out of print." Both songs are found on the 1983 album "Cybernetic Dreams of pi" (available as a custom burned CD.)
